The difficulty of feeling and hearing Christ may differ from what you expect.

When there is a disconnect between the mind, body, and heart, it can be challenging to feel and hear Him without realizing it.

My name is Sydney, and a few years ago, I felt completely stuck as life unfolded in ways I never expected and couldn’t control. My mind was constantly racing, trying to solve my emotional and spiritual struggles. This mental overload left me feeling exhausted and disconnected.

By embracing the therapeutic benefits of yoga, such as movement, sound & mantra, breathing techniques, imagery, and practices like yoga Nidra, I restored balance and unification to my mind, body, and heart, improving my well-being and a stronger connection to feel and hear Him.

Seek the transformative power of a life shared with Christ, both on and off the mat, as if His presence is already here.

Yoga might be familiar to you, but what is mantra meditation and why should I meditate in a foreign sound?

A Tool for the Mind

A positive intention or mantra can act as an anchor of safety for the mind. It helps to calm the nervous system and channel the mind's tendency to be active towards a more peaceful state. Repeating a mantra allows the mind to fall silent, rest, and become more receptive to hearing and feeling. A mantra in a new language enhances cognition, memory, and focus and slows the aging process.

Language yoga therapy is a form of yoga that uses mantras, tonal sound and vibration, rhythmic heart coherence, controlled breathing, and yoga movements to achieve a balanced state of mind and body. By using the power of your words and setting positive intentions with sacred foreign sounds, you can bring balance back to the left hemisphere of your brain. It can be a transcendent experience while fostering new friendships and love with all cultures, tongues, and people.
